Carrie has always had an interest in culture—high, low, and everything in between. She has used consumer insights to develop integrated brand strategies for organizations such as American Express, MoMA, and The Guggenheim. At Olson Zaltman, Carrie works on all aspects of ZMET® research, including interviews, analysis and project management.
Prior to joining Olson Zaltman, Carrie studied consumer behavior and marketing while completing a graduate degree in Arts Administration at Columbia University. Her undergraduate studies were in psychology, sociology, and art. Outside of work, Carrie enjoys the arts—painting, going to museums and seeing live music.
