Memories....Light the Corners of My Mind

This is a New York Times article about experiments that suggest that the way we remember the past can be indicative of our mental health.

In short, the tendency to remember in overgeneralized, broad scopes rather than in specific incidences suggests less mental stability.

There are probably things to keep in mind here about consumer recollections of past events.  Some of those recollection can say as much about the consumer as they do about the product/service in question.
