We are looking for a candidate to join our small, nimble team in Pittsburgh. You'll be talking to consumers, solving the riddles of why they think they way they do, and helping Fortune 500 companies translate those insights into action. You might have never heard of Olson Zaltman, but you’ve seen our insights all over the world -- in the magazines you look at, in television advertisements, and the new products you use.

Not a marketing major? Not a problem. People who succeed at OZ exhibit high levels of intellectual curiosity; are empathetic toward colleagues, clients, and consumers; and can think boldly and creatively. Those qualities are not defined by your major.

For this role, we are looking for an Insight Associate who bridges the gap between quantitative and qualitative, who feels just as comfortable in spreadsheets as they do in novels, and who knows enough about app development and computer science to be a little dangerous. In this dynamic and exciting role, you will be to dive deep into the consumer’s unconscious mind and serve as the voice and champion of the consumers we study. You’ll support our growth initiatives and innovation pipeline. No two days will be the same in our fast-paced and exciting role.
