KELLY WILLIS
Insight Director
Kelly’s curiosity about behavioral science led to her career in research as an advocate for understanding the unconscious. While managing the Leadership and Performance Dynamics lab at her alma mater, the University of Georgia, Kelly gained experience researching processes by which narcissists achieve leadership positions and the outcomes for individuals, organizations, and society. During this time, Kelly also studied criterion development, including off-duty deviance, the role of altruism in the workplace, and the changing nature of work through generations, specifically the implications for modern organizations, management practices, and leadership strategies.
Kelly discovered her passion for market research through her Industrial - Organizational consulting experience. Her graduate research led to her partnering with many healthcare clients, leveraging a combination of quantitative and qualitative methodologies to help unlock the thoughts and feelings that drive purchase and consumption behavior. Combining these past experiences with Olson Zaltman’s unique brain science methodologies brings together the best of both worlds for her.
Kelly earned her Masters in Marketing Research and BS in Psychology from the University of Georgia.
