Leon’s journey in market research is fueled by a fascination with creative strategies and a desire to uncover the underlying motivations that captivate consumers. Originally from China, Leon moved to the U.S. at 14, quickly adapting to his new environment. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Auburn University, where his curiosity about the intricacies of marketing sparked a desire to understand the "why" behind brand decisions.
After a year in product management, he delved deeper into qualitative research, thriving on learning about people and their diverse cultures. His appreciation for cultural nuances informs his understanding of how products/services resonate within different communities.This passion led him to explore the science of market research, culminating in a Master’s in Market Research from the University of Georgia.
Outside of exploring unconscious minds, Leon is a self-proclaimed travel food critic, always eager to socialize, and stay active through hiking and outdoor adventures.
