OZ’s James Forr has co-authored a paper with Dr. Melvin Prince from Southern Connecticut State University. It is titled, “Metaphor Elicitation: A New Way to Assess Organizational Culture” and it appears in The Psychologist-Manager Journal, a publication of the American Psychological Association.
