Randy’s passion to understand and explore the unconscious mind drives him to ask people questions that they have never been asked before.

Randy holds dual degrees in Psychology and Marketing from the University of Pittsburgh. Prior to beginning his journey at Olson Zaltman, Randy worked as an assistant to a team of clinical psychologists and social workers at a treatment center for OCD and anxiety disorders. It was here that he witnessed the power of therapy, which sparked a lifelong desire to truly listen to others.

In his time at Olson Zaltman, he has uncovered insights for a wide variety of Fortune 500 companies, with industries ranging from automotive, CPGs, retail, technology, and healthcare.

Randy has a particular passion for conducting interviews with patients, caregivers, and HCPs. Notably, he is credited for his ZMET research on What Patients and Caregivers Experience When They Receive Palliative Care , which was published in the Journal of Palliative Medicine.

In his spare time, Randy enjoys hosting movie nights, gardening, cooking for friends and family, and spending time with his Great Dane, Moose.
