Vanessa has over 10 years of experience as a researcher, manager, and corporate trainer with Olson Zaltman. Her experience and passion led to the creation and implementation of our rigorous corporate training program, where she teaches new hires ZMET® interviewing techniques and qualitative analysis methods.
 
Growing up in Puerto Rico, Vanessa is fluent in both English and Spanish; her unique insight into Latin American culture provides valuable perspective into this fast-growing customer segment. Outside of the office Vanessa is passionate about exploring new worlds through travel, literature, or heroically saving Zelda from her latest legendary adventure.
