Here is an article that deals with a powerful but sometimes overlooked emotion – disgust.

The topic is how people’s threshold for disgust can influence their sense of right and wrong and, in turn, their political belief system. 

OZA conducted research for a political client several years ago and our findings support the main argument made in the article -- that disgust can be a powerful factor in our moral judgments.
