To be an Oreo or not to be an Oreo...that is the question

We all know the great philosophical questions like, “If a tree falls in the woods and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound?”Well, how about this one:  Is it still an Oreo cookie if it looks like this?

To appeal to the Chinese consumer, Kraft completely revamped both the recipe and the shape of Oreos, a brand that was almost pulled out of the country entirely in its classic American sandwich cookie formulation.
