It's chocolate. It's chicken. It's ChocoChicken!

Fast Company talks to Adam Fleischman, a restaurateur whose new fast-food outlet is called ChocoChicken.  Yes, it’s exactly what it sounds like – chocolate-flavored fried chicken.

The menu includes other oddities like white-chocolate mashed potatoes and bacon biscuits served with ChocoKetchup.

What does it taste like?  Fleischmann says helpfully, “It tastes like happiness.”

The man has had some success in turning categories on their ear before (he owns a small chain called Umami Burger that incorporates toppings like parmesan crisps, white soy aioli, and wasabi flakes) so maybe he’s onto something.  He definitely likes to defy category conventions.
